  7. Then, pour the chopped onion and garlic into the pan and brown for a couple of minutes.
  8. At this point, add the pieces of shelled sausage; let it brown a little, then season with salt and pepper.
  9. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate completely.
  10. When the pasta is ready, drain and add it to the sauce.
  11. Also add the grated cheese and mix . At this point, the dish is ready!
