How to prepare the air fryer pepper balls recipe

  1. First, peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces of about 2 cm on each side and boil them in plenty of salted water until they are tender. It will take about 15 minutes .
  2. In the meantime, clean the pepper by removing the stem, seeds and white filaments. Cut the pulp into half-centimeter cubes and cook it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Once the potatoes are ready, mash them and let them cool before continuing with the recipe.
  4. Add peppers, eggs, parmesan, parsley and breadcrumbs as needed to dry the mixture a little. It will no longer have to stick your hands when you work it.
  5. Form the meatballs by inserting a cube of cheese inside, then shape them well and pass them one by one in the breadcrumbs, flattening them slightly with your hands.
  6. Place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Season them with a few puffs of oil and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes , turning them halfway through cooking. Serve them after they have just cooled.
