Pizza with instant yeast
Pizza with instant yeast is ideal if you are looking for a recipe for a quick pizza, for those last minute cravings.
Instant yeast pizza is ideal if you want to eat pizza but don't have time to let it rise. Instant leavening pizza is very simple to prepare: once kneaded, it is rolled out, seasoned and off to the oven. You can decide whether to cook it in a single pan or whether to create smaller pizzas, ideal for children or to freeze for a snack.
It's true that to get a good pizza you need to lengthen the leavening times, but I'm sure you'll appreciate the goodness of this quick pizza . As for the filling, choose the one you prefer. I opted for the classic margherita with tomato and mozzarella and a little oregano.

Preparation
How to prepare the pizza recipe with instant yeast
In a bowl mix the sifted flour and yeast . Then add the sugar and salt , then slowly add half the amount of water , stirring with a wooden spoon. Then add the oil and the remaining water .
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured pastry board and knead it quickly until you obtain a smooth dough .
Divide the dough into two parts if you want to make two round pizzas of 30 cm in diameter, otherwise line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper (or grease it). In both cases, spread the dough using your fingertips until it covers the entire pan. If the dough is too elastic to roll out, let it rest for 10 minutes and then try again.
Season with tomato puree , salt and oregano . Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes then remove from the oven, add the diced mozzarella , a drizzle of oil and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, divide into four and serve the instant-rising pizza while still hot.

But did you know that you can also prepare pizza and focaccia without yeast ? Of course, the result will be different than traditional recipes but the taste will still be excellent.
Conservation
The pizza recipe with instant yeast produces an excellent result, which we recommend consuming at the moment when it is still nice and warm and fragrant. If there is any leftover, you can store it in the fridge for 1 day, well covered in cling film. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
