  1. To start with, you have to peel the potatoes.
  2. Wash them lightly under running water, then grate them , when they are still raw, using a grater with not very large holes.
  3. Meanwhile, collect them in a large bowl.
  4. Also peel the onion and cut it into very thin wedges; then, add it to the potato strings.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and add a drizzle of oil and the grated cheese.
  6. At this point, mix everything together to distribute the sauce evenly.

  9. Pick up enough mixture with a spoon and fill each cup.
  10. Now you can proceed with cooking. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes . When finished, they are ready to be served.
