Preparation of the spiral vegan savory cake

  1. Take the first roll of puff pastry and roll it out on a baking dish or cake mold lined with baking paper, and make some holes in the bottom with a fork.
  2. Take the other roll and make some strips, which you will need to make the spirals of your cake.
  3. At this point let's deal with the vegetables. Wash the cabbage, carrots and courgette and cut into strips. At this point begin to fill the savory pie, composing the layers one by one following the circumference of the pastry and alternating the vegetables with the strips of pasta.
  4. Once you have made all the concentric circles of your cake, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and bake it at 180° C for about 30 minutes .

Your spiral savory cake is ready to be brought to the table. Enjoy your meal!
