Among the latter are risottos : the fear of obtaining a shapeless mixture is difficult to avoid. But trust us when we tell you that pumpkin and bacon risotto with the Thermomix is perfect.
Creamy at the right point , with well-balanced flavors thanks to the flavor of the bacon and the sweetness of the pumpkin, it will please the whole family. The secret lies in the proportions between rice and water , obviously which, in the case of risotto with pumpkin, could become complicated precisely because of the water contained in this vegetable. How to prepare the pumpkin and bacon risotto recipe with the Thermomix

Conservation
Pumpkin risotto, like all risottos, should be enjoyed as soon as it is made . You can store leftovers in the refrigerator for a couple of days and then reheat them in a pan or in the microwave.
