Preparation of the recipe for rice and parsley

  1. Before getting into the process, prepare a tasty vegetable broth , which serves as a base for the soup.
  2. Once done, wash and peel the potato. Then, cut it into cubes , of the size you prefer.
  3. Put the broth on the stove, turn it on and bring it to a boil .
  4. At this point, you can dip the diced potato inside and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then, add the rice as well. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes .
  6. Meanwhile, wash the bunch of parsley under running water and chop it with a knife. Set aside.
  7. After cooking, turn off the heat and season with salt.
  8. Add the parsley, sprinkle with the grated Grana Padano and mix.
  9. Once you have a fairly full-bodied soup, let it rest for 10 minutes . Then, you can serve and enjoy.
