Sauces for pasta without cooking: flavor and… savings!

Tomato sauce without cooking

Here are many sauces without cooking perfect for seasoning pasta and ready in 5 minutes, ideal for fighting expensive bills and more.

The sauce par excellence is definitely the ragù but you want to cope with the expensive bills , you want to drastically reduce the preparation time , you can opt for delicious sauces without cooking. Basically we could compare them to pestos because to prepare them, in most cases, it is necessary to blend the ingredients together in order to obtain a creamy consistency to be adjusted, at the most, with a little cooking water from the pasta.

It goes without saying then that you will have to use a blender, a mixer or a jug blender (even the Thermomix is fine): they are all equally good and it is not necessary to make specific purchases in this regard. In our opinion the most versatile is the mixer with the blades positioned at the bottom. In fact, the ingredients fit comfortably and it is easy to evaluate their consistency. But let's see all the details together to prepare delicious raw sauces.
