Advice
To prevent them from opening during cooking and dirtying the air fly, we recommend making incisions on all the frankfurters. You can also score them and then marinate them to taste with a drizzle of oil, lemon or a teaspoon of mustard. Then let the meat rest for at least 15-20 minutes and only then proceed with cooking.
Another tip? You can put them in the fryer on a sheet of baking paper to prevent them from sticking, alternatively there are also reusable and washable mats on the market that may be right for you.
storage
Sausages cooked in an air fryer will keep for 2 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
