Easy to find even in the supermarket, it is very simple to handle so, if you have never used it, don't worry: it's really simple. Let's see how to enhance its flavor by combining it with the smoky and savory flavor of speck to create a truly spring-like savory pie !

How to prepare the recipe for the agretti and speck savory pie

  1. First, carefully clean the agretti by washing them under running water.
  2. Then cook them in plenty of salted water for 4-5 minutes. In the meantime, in a pan, heat the oil with the garlic clove. Once the agretti are ready, drain them as much as you can and let them flavor in the pan.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt, the ricotta and the cream. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture then add the agretti (remember to remove the garlic clove) and the speck sticks. Season with pepper.
  4. Unroll the puff pastry and transfer it to a round baking tray using the baking paper provided. Pour the filling then fold the edges.
  5. Cook the savory pie with the agretti at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Serve it after letting it cool for at least 10 minutes.
