Stir-fried spinach

Ready to prepare a simple but delicious side dish? Then follow us into the kitchen to make these fantastic pan-fried spinach, flavored with oil and garlic. This dish is perfect to pair with meat or fish dishes, and is also delicious enjoyed with eggs, either poached or scrambled, or with a nice omelette.

How to prepare the pan-fried spinach recipe
Start by washing and rinsing the raw spinach under cold running water, drain it well and remove the damaged leaves.
Take a large pan, pour a drizzle of oil on the bottom, add a clove of poached garlic and place on the heat .
Then add the spinach and close with a lid for a few minutes.
When the vegetables are wilted , lower the heat , remove the lid and mix with a spoon or spatula until the side dish is completely cooked.
Finally, season with salt and pepper and remove the garlic. If you like, off the heat, you can finish the dish with a sprinkling of grated cheese . You can add it already during cooking, making the spinach stringy , or at the end of cooking directly on the plate!

Conservation
You can keep the vegetable side dish for a maximum of 2-3 days , in a special container with a lid.
