How to prepare the strawberry mug cake recipe
- The process, as mentioned, is very simple and you will only dirty a cup and the teaspoon. Combine the flour, baking powder and vanilla in a standard sized breakfast cup and give it a quick stir.
- Then pour in the oil, milk, sugar and egg and mix again until all lumps are eliminated.
- Add the strawberries after having washed and cut them into cubes and mix one last time.
- Cook the mug cake in the microwave at 800W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds .
- Remove from the oven and decorate with a sprinkling of icing sugar before serving.
