The main ingredient, i.e. squids, are really great for preparing succulent and perfect dishes. However, you have to pay close attention to the cooking , because it must be perfect, to prevent the outside from being overcooked or too soft. Respect the cooking times, for these squids that contain a tasty and soft filling. To fill them you only need bread, grated cheese, parsley and little else. In a short time, a delicious second course is served!

Preparing the recipe for stuffed squid in an air fryer

  1. To begin, wash and clean the squid. Pull the tentacles away and remove all the innards, including the cartilaginous pen.
  2. After emptying everything inside, you can wash them again. Then, set them aside.
  3. Dedicate yourself to the preparation of the filling, starting with the tentacles that you have to chop.
  4. Put them in the bowl of a mixer, together with the crumbs of the bread and the parsley and chop everything.
  5. When you get a homogeneous mixture, transfer it into a bowl and enrich it with olive oil, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
  6. Stir and use stuffing to fill 3/4 of each squid; then, close the opening using a toothpick.
  7. Brush a little oil in the fryer basket and place the calamari, also brushing with oil.
  8. Cook everything in the air fryer for about 12 minutes at a temperature of 180°C .
  9. When cooking is finished, you can plate them and serve them immediately.
