Sugar-free apple pie

There are infinite apple pie recipes, each with its own particularity. However, we had not yet experimented with a sugar-free apple pie prepared simply by exploiting the natural sweetness of this fruit . Excellent for breakfast, a snack and all those times when you feel peckish, it is very simple to prepare.
But be careful: for our recipe we did not use any type of sweetener . No stevia, no sugar or anything else. But then how can it be so good? Simply using ripe apples and naturally sweet apple juice . The choice is yours whether to add soaked raisins or not. This sugar-free apple pie for diabetics sure is delicious!
Preparation
How to prepare the sugar-free apple pie recipe
First, peel the apples and remove the core. Then cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl where you will season them with lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
Separately, in another bowl, whisk the eggs with the oil and apple juice . Help yourself with electric whisks to make it easier. Then add the flour , baking powder and lemon zest as well as a pinch of salt .
Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the apples , mixing with a spatula from bottom to top.
Pour everything into a 22cm diameter pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes until it is cooked through with a toothpick test .

Conservation
The apple pie can be kept under a cake tin, out of the refrigerator, for 3-4 days .
