Preparation of summer fruit skewers with cheese
- To prepare the fresh fruit skewers with cheese, start by dividing the slices of raw ham in half lengthwise.
- Then take the melon and watermelon and remove the indicated quantity of pulp by cutting it into cubes or making small balls with a special kitchen utensil.
- Now move on to assembling the skewers: skewer the fruit, raw ham and mozzarella trying to alternate them as much as possible.
- Arrange on a serving plate and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

The variant of skewers with strawberries

- Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and divide them in half (or leave them whole if they are not too large).
- Peel and cut the kiwi into cubes.
- Assemble the skewers as in the previous recipe and, why not, complete with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
