Today we are preparing a fabulous robiola and kiwi mousse, a perfect spoon dessert to prepare if you have little time but don't want to give up the goodness of a fantastic homemade dessert.
This very simple dessert was created by Teresa Balzano, food blogger at Peperoniepatate.com , and for the occasion we decided to use Zespri Green Kiwis , which in addition to being delicious , aid digestion thanks to their rich fiber content. In short, a delicious but light dessert, perfect to serve as an end-of-meal after an important dinner.

How to make kiwi and robiola dessert
- First, let's take care of creating the cheese mousse. Take the robiola, remove it from its packaging and place it in a bowl . Add the icing sugar, a spoonful of milk and then extract the seeds from the vanilla pod and add them to the rest. Now take some electric whisks and whip everything until you obtain a creamy mixture .
- Let's move on to the kiwis: take two and clean them well, then cut them into coarse pieces. Add a spoonful of sugar and the Marsala and blend until you have obtained a delicious coulis . From the other two kiwis, however, cut 4 slices for decoration, while the remaining pulp cut into cubes .
- Now all we have to do is compose the dessert: start with a layer of frit, then add the cheese mousse and, finally, add the kiwi coulis and decorate with a slice.
