  • Avocado – 1
  • Organic oranges – 2

How to prepare the swordfish tartare recipe

To prepare the tartare, start by cutting the swordfish into half-centimeter cubes.

Then transfer it into a bowl and season it with the juice and zest of the oranges , the washed and chopped chives , a pinch of salt , a few grains of pink pepper and leave to rest covered in cling film in the fridge for an hour .

In the meantime, cut the avocado in half, remove the central seed, the peel and cut the pulp into cubes the same size as the swordfish.

Once the resting time of the fish is over, distribute it on a serving plate , add the avocado cubes and season with part of the marinade. Serve your raw fish tartare immediately and enjoy your meal!

In addition to orange, tartare can be seasoned and flavored with the juice of other citrus fruits such as lime, lemon and pink grapefruit.
