  3. Dig a well in the center of the flour and pour in the water and yeast mixture, then add the sugar.
  4. Begin kneading with your hands and add 1 teaspoon of salt; work for about 5-10 minutes , until you obtain a firm and smooth dough.
  5. Grease it with oil and place it in a bowl. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 2 hours.
  6. When this time is about to expire, you can prepare the filling. Wash the tomatoes and peppers.
  7. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into pieces, remembering to remove the seeds from inside, eliminate the stem and filaments.
  8. Transfer tomatoes and peppers to a bowl.
  9. Peel the onion and garlic, after having cleaned them, and place them in the container of a blender; add the parsley and chop everything.
  10. Add this mixture to the bowl with the other vegetables. Add the minced meat and mix.
  11. At this point, season with salt, pepper and spices to taste, such as sweet paprika. Stir to combine everything.
  12. Take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin on a floured surface, obtaining a thin sheet of about 1 cm , with an oval or slightly more rectangular shape.
  13. Lightly pinch the edge , so as to raise the outline a little.
  14. Drizzle the oil slowly over the dough. Then, distribute the seasoning, leaving a little free edge.
  15. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes . Once finished, let it cool and serve.
