  1. Start by cooking the Venere rice, which usually takes a long time : cook it in a pan with boiling salted water for about half an hour, following the exact times shown on the package.
  2. In the meantime, take your courgettes, wash them under cold water and cut them into small pieces, removing the central part that is too white, which would take away the crunchiness of our vegetables.
