To prepare this vegetable omelette with the Thermomix we will use the jug to cook the zucchini and mix all the ingredients and then the Varoma tray for cooking the omelette. We guarantee that you have never tasted such a soft omelette as the one we are about to offer you.
How to prepare the zucchini omelette recipe with the Thermomix
- First, remove the outermost layer of the leek and the beard at the base. Cut it into chunks and put it in the jug, blending for 10 sec. vel . 7 spatulating all towards the bottom if necessary and repeating the operation.

Cooking with Varoma returns an omelette with a particular texture, very soft and light. However, if you think that 40-50 minutes of cooking are too long and you want to speed up the preparation then we advise you to pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, approximately equal to that of the Varoma, and bake everything in the oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the omelette.

To prepare the omelette roll instead, the only way to follow is that of baking. In this case, line the dripping pan with wet and squeezed parchment paper, pour the mixture to obtain a uniform thickness and cook at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and once cold fill it to taste.
