Yogurt and curry sauce

Yogurt and curry sauce

A healthy condiment for dips, sandwiches and oriental dishes such as falafel: here's how to make the yogurt and curry sauce.

The yogurt and curry sauce is a fabulous dressing for any type of salad and raw vegetables , but it is also excellent for filling sandwiches and rolls. Light and tasty, it can be used to give a touch of extra flavor to the classic rice salad or to dip chips.

This sauce, enriched with chives to give an additional touch of flavour, can be prepared with common yoghurt , with Greek yoghurt for a fuller version, or even with soy yoghurt to make it suitable also for those who follow a plant-based diet. Curry is a mixture and not a single spice and is also perfect for giving flavor to the simplest recipes .
