How to prepare the salt prawns recipe
- First, slightly bend the head of the shrimp and, with the help of a toothpick, remove the black filament . Then rinse them under running water and dry them with kitchen paper.
- Arrange half the salt on the bottom of a pan suitable for cooking in the oven.
- Place the prawns and cover with the remaining salt. There should be at least 2 cm.
- Then cook at 180 ° C for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving, just removing the salt crust and leaving each diner the task of cleaning them.
Our advice is to serve the prawns in salt with oil or lemon juice, two simple flavors which, however, help to enhance the flavor of the fish.
