Gluten-free grape cake: soft and perfect for breakfast!

Gluten-free grape cake is a delicious dessert: as good as it is easy and simple to prepare. Furthermore, it is perfect for those who want to prepare not only gluten-free leavened desserts but also lactose-free since it does not contain milk, ricotta or yoghurt.
To prepare this cake you can use white or black grapes according to your taste or availability. Here are the ingredients and the step-by-step recipe!
Preparation of the soft gluten-free and lactose-free grape cake
- First of all, shell the eggs in a large bowl, add the sugar and whip with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and frothy.
- Gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk.
- Continue adding the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well with a spoon to avoid the formation of lumps .
- Now add the grapes cut in half and deprived of the seeds . Stir to mix everything together.
- Pour everything into a buttered and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and cook for 50 minutes . Check the cooking by doing the classic toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the dessert is ready to be taken out of the oven.
- Let cool before dusting with icing sugar and serving.

storage
This cake can be kept for about 2-3 days in a cool, dry place, inside a special container for sweets. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
