Preparation of the soft gluten-free and lactose-free grape cake

  1. First of all, shell the eggs in a large bowl, add the sugar and whip with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and frothy.
  2. Gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk.
  3. Continue adding the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well with a spoon to avoid the formation of lumps .
  4. Now add the grapes cut in half and deprived of the seeds . Stir to mix everything together.
  5. Pour everything into a buttered and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and cook for 50 minutes . Check the cooking by doing the classic toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the dessert is ready to be taken out of the oven.
  6. Let cool before dusting with icing sugar and serving.

This cake can be kept for about 2-3 days in a cool, dry place, inside a special container for sweets. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
