Preparing the recipe for white chocolate muffins
- Before starting, put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt on the stove.
- In a bowl, shell the eggs and add the granulated sugar.
- Beat everything lightly with a hand whisk; then, add the milk.
- Mix again, then add the melted butter.
- Sift the flour and yeast . Add these powders to the mixture little by little.
- Mix vigorously, so as not to leave lumps and, finally, flavor with vanilla extract.
- Chop the white chocolate roughly using a knife.
- Add the chocolate pieces to the mixture and mix to distribute them evenly.
- Take a muffin mold or liners and line each space with a piece of baking paper.
- Fill 2/3 of each mold with the dough.
