Preparing the recipe for white chocolate muffins

  1. Before starting, put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt on the stove.
  2. In a bowl, shell the eggs and add the granulated sugar.
  3. Beat everything lightly with a hand whisk; then, add the milk.
  4. Mix again, then add the melted butter.
  5. Sift the flour and yeast . Add these powders to the mixture little by little.
  6. Mix vigorously, so as not to leave lumps and, finally, flavor with vanilla extract.
  7. Chop the white chocolate roughly using a knife.
  8. Add the chocolate pieces to the mixture and mix to distribute them evenly.
  9. Take a muffin mold or liners and line each space with a piece of baking paper.
  10. Fill 2/3 of each mold with the dough.
  11. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes . Once finished, let them cool and serve.
