How to prepare the Ligurian-style stuffed courgette flowers recipe
- First, boil the peeled potato and cut it into 1.5 cm pieces. Then mash it while it is still hot and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add the chopped garlic and ham and season with chopped parsley and parmesan. Add the egg, season with salt and set aside.
- Clean the courgette flowers by removing the stalks and stuff them with the freshly prepared filling.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle them with a drizzle of oil and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes . Serve them piping hot.
