How to prepare the recipe for baked cauliflower with mozzarella and ham
- First, clean, wash and remove the florets from the cauliflower with a knife.
- Blanch them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes , then drain them and let them cool.
- In the meantime, cut the mozzarella into cubes.
- Oil the bottom of a baking dish suitable for cooking in the oven and transfer the cauliflower, mozzarella and diced ham inside. Mix and sprinkle with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Gratinate in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes , and when an inviting crust has formed on the surface, turn off and leave to rest for a few minutes.
- Serve while still hot with a sprinkling of pepper .

Conservation
The cauliflower with ham and cheese will keep in the refrigerator, closed in an airtight container, for 2-3 days. Reheat it in the oven or air fryer before serving it.
