Variants and recommendations for bean burgers
If you like, add a clove of garlic, an onion and a finely chopped carrot to your preparation: you will get a stronger flavor. Spices are optional. We have decided to use borlotti beans for their intense flavor, but it is possible to replace them with cannellini, black or Spanish beans.
You can decide to cook your burgers also in the oven or on the plate. Served with baked potatoes they will be a pleasure; the little ones will love the french fries without a doubt.
Alternatively, the vegan egg-free bean burger recipe will make your dinner even much lighter! To avoid the risk of not being able to obtain a compact dough in the absence of eggs, you can replace the herbs with two tablespoons of pesto.
storage
Keep the burgers in the fridge for two days or freeze them if you want to consume them after some time.
