How to prepare the blended apple cake recipe

  1. Start by mixing the butter at room temperature with the sugar to obtain a creamy mixture.
  2. Then add the eggs and milk , mixing with an electric whisk.
  3. Separately, in a kitchen blender, blend the whole apple without the core (if you use organic fruit you can leave it unpeeled) and add it to the previous mixture.
  4. Pour the sifted flour with the yeast into the liquid mixture and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture without lumps.
  5. Peel, core and cut the remaining apples into chunks and add them to the mixture, stirring for a few moments.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 24cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for 50 minutes . Before taking it out of the oven, do the toothpick test.
  7. Serve the apple pie, finishing with a sprinkling of icing sugar if desired.

storage

This cake will also keep out of the refrigerator for about 2-3 days . Remember to leave it in a cool, dry place, away from heat or light sources and preferably inside a special glass bell jar for desserts. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
