Chia seeds are a very useful food for the well-being of our body : they are rich in Omega 6, Omega 3, essential amino acids, antioxidants and minerals. Preparation of the chia pudding and coconut milk
- Start by placing the coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well then distribute the mixture in single portion cups.

We do not recommend storing it too long: chia pudding is made to be enjoyed immediately after preparation, or at the latest after a night in the refrigerator to firm up properly!
