Preparing the recipe for chocolate panna cotta
- Before starting, fill a bowl with cold water; put the gelatine sheets in it and leave them to soak for 10 minutes.
- Also, chop the chocolate roughly with a knife.
- In a saucepan, pour the fresh liquid cream; add the sugar and mix.
- Then, place on a moderate heat and leave to cook until almost boiling.
- At this point, when the cream is hot, you can turn off the heat.
- Add the gelatine sheets, well squeezed , and mix.
- Also add the chopped chocolate and mix vigorously to mix all the ingredients and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- All that remains is to distribute the liquid into serving glasses or molds. Place them in the fridge to harden for at least 4 hours .
- After this time, you can garnish your dessert as you prefer and serve it. If you made it in molds, you can turn them upside down and serve them on a plate.
