Preparation of the flaxseed bread recipe

  1. Pour the two flours into a large bowl and mix them.
  2. Add the flax seeds and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Dissolve the yeast together with the sugar in warm water. Then add them to the flour with a spoon.
  4. Mix everything with the salt, until the mixture is sticky and without lumps .
  5. Let the dough rest in the oven with the light on for about an hour and a half .
  6. Gently pour the mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and if you prefer sprinkle some flax seeds on the surface as a decoration.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly, and then cut into slices and bring the fragrant bread to the table!
