Preparation of the three-flavored biscuits

  1. Start by placing the flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and powdered ginger in a large bowl. Then add the papaya or dried mango and pistachios.
  2. Mix well then add the eggs.
  3. Start kneading and continue until you have obtained a firm and homogeneous dough.
  4. Cover the dough with cling film for food then let it rest in the refrigerator for 30/40 minutes.
  5. Remove from the fridge and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin .
  6. With the help of a dough cutter, make the biscuits the shape you prefer.
  7. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool.
