How to prepare the hard-boiled egg with the infallible recipe

  1. First, make sure you have fresh eggs , preferably organic .
  2. Put them in a saucepan and cover them with at least two inches of cold water . In fact, eggs must always be cooked starting from cold water and the time must be calculated from the moment they boil.
  3. Transfer the saucepan to the heat and reduce the heat to half.
