How to prepare salmon recipe in air fryer

  1. The process is really simple. Cut out 4 pieces of parchment paper slightly larger than your salmon steaks and place them in the basket of the air fryer. Then place the salmon and season it with a pinch of salt, a flit of oil (if you have an air fryer we advise you to buy spray oil), a little chopped parsley and a slice of organic salmon.
  2. Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes and serve piping hot with a side dish of your choice.

You can prepare both fresh salmon in an air fryer and frozen salmon. The important thing is that you let it thaw in the fridge beforehand.

How to make salmon au gratin in an air fryer

  1. Also in this case, place the salmon slices on small pieces of parchment paper .
  2. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, crushed garlic with a garlic press, salt and oil as needed to obtain a moist mixture .
  3. Put about a spoonful on each slice of fish, pressing lightly with your hands, then cook at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Also in this case you can use both fresh and frozen salmon.

Since it is fish, we advise you to keep it well covered in the fridge for a maximum of a couple of days . Keep in mind that the natural one is also excellent for seasoning pasta.
