Nino's focaccia with the Thermomix has now gone viral on the web, thanks to its simplicity and unique taste. Let's find out how to prepare it.

Preparing Nino's focaccia with the Thermomix means creating one of the quick and easy recipes that are most popular on the web. It is in fact a soft and delicate focaccia which, thanks to the presence of a raw potato , is particularly tasty. Then keep in mind that it can be made with all Bimby models (TM5, TM6 and TM31) as well as with the "poor cousins" such as the Monsieur Cuisine .

A preparation that is really worth trying and which is perfect both for a family dinner and for welcoming your guests with something different. The traditional version is enriched with cherry tomatoes and oregano , just like the Apulian version, but no one is stopping you from customizing it as you prefer, for example with onions, vegetables or cheeses.
