Preparing the recipe for pumpkin pie with Thermomix

  1. First, clean the pumpkin and peel it. Cut it into slices and deprive the pulp of all the seeds and any filaments, then cut it into small pieces .
  2. Put the pumpkin pieces in the mixing bowl of the food processor. Add the almonds and chop everything for 10 seconds , on speed 7 .
  3. Set aside and clean the mug. Pour in the sugar and eggs.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and whisk for 3 minutes on speed 4 .
  5. To this whipped mixture, add the pumpkin and the previously chopped almonds.
  6. Add the oil and milk, slowly , and the vanilla extract. Sift the flour and add it too. Stir for 1 minute on speed 4.
  7. Also sift the yeast and add it; knead for 30 seconds , on speed 4 .
  8. Take a circular mold, with a diameter of 22 cm, butter and flour it. Pour the mixture into it and level the surface.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes . Test the toothpick and, if ready, let it cool to room temperature. When serving, decorate to your liking.
