  1. To prepare the turkey roulade stuffed with zucchini and bacon, start by taking the slices of turkey breast, place them on a cutting board and overlap them slightly on one side.
  2. Place the bacon slices and the previously grilled courgettes on top.
  3. Roll up the turkey breast and tie the roll obtained with a kitchen string.
  4. Place a thick-bottomed saucepan on the stove, heat the oil and brown the roll on both sides.
  5. Add the white wine and when the liquid has evaporated add the broth.
  6. Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes , turning the roll from time to time.
  7. Turn off the heat and let it cool before removing the string and slicing your roast turkey roll. Enjoy your meal!
