Preparing the recipe for vegan cat tongues

  1. Put the two flours in a large bowl, mix well then add the sugar, cream and apple juice.
  2. Mix well in order to obtain a homogeneous but liquid batter.
  3. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture into a pastry bag.
  4. Transfer the batter into a pastry bag and form the tongues directly on the pan .
  5. Bake in a convection oven preheated to 180 ° C and cook for 10/11 minutes , taking care not to over-brown your biscuits.

The cat’s tongues just removed from the oven are very soft and can be shaped as desired to obtain a particular and effective decoration.
