Preparing the chickpea soup recipe with the Thermomix
- First, peel the onion, celery and carrot. Place these ingredients in the bowl of the food processor and chop for 20 seconds on speed 7.
- Then add the olive oil and fry for 5 minutes at 100°C and anticlockwise on Soft speed .
- Add the water and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- After this time, also put the pre-cooked chickpeas in the Thermomix.
- Season with chopped rosemary and cook for another 15 minutes , in the same way.
- Towards the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper.
- Once finished, distribute on plates and serve.
