Our robot is perfect for simplifying all the steps of this recipe which is not difficult but requires several cooking times and a powerful blender to obtain a smooth and silky consistency.

The chestnut cream can be prepared with all Bimby models (TM5, TM6 and TM31) because it does not require complex steps. The choice is yours whether to cook the chestnuts in the Varoma or boil them in a separate pot. Obviously you can also use purchased cooked chestnuts: in this case everything will be much faster.
