Preparation of the vegan mug cake in the microwave

  1. The process for preparing this delicious vegan mug cake is really very simple. First, you need a cup from the ones you already have at home. The first ingredients to insert inside are the powders and the rest of the dry elements.
  2. Mix everything together using a simple fork;
  3. At this point, the liquid ingredients must be added, i.e. vegetable milk, oil and, if desired, vanilla extract.
  4. Mix everything well and add the dark chocolate in small flakes to the mixture.
  5. Place the cup in the microwave and cook for about a minute , no more, at maximum power. This allows you to leave the heart of the vegan mug cake soft and creamy. If, however, you prefer a drier consistency, let it cook for another 30 seconds .
