Preparing the air fryer cheesecake recipe

  1. Start from the biscuit base, cutting the butter into pieces to put in a saucepan; melt it in the microwave or on the stove.
  2. Place the broken biscuits in the bowl of a mixer and chop them quite finely .
  3. In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and mix.
  4. Line a springform cake mold with baking paper, then pour the biscuit and butter mixture to cover the bottom and edge; compact it with the back of a spoon.
  5. Place the base in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Next, move on to making the filling, then pour the spreadable cheese into a bowl.
  7. Add the egg and granulated sugar and mix; flavor with lemon juice and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  8. Take the base and pour this mixture inside. Level the surface well and move on to cooking.
  9. Cook in the air fryer at 170°C for about 25-30 minutes. Once finished, take it out of the oven and decorate it as you like.
