How to make white zucchini parmesan recipe in an air fryer

  1. First wash the zucchini and remove the ends. Then, with the help of a sharp knife or a mandolin, cut them into slices about 3-4 mm thick.
  2. Arrange them in a single layer, lightly oiling them, directly into the air fryer basket. Then cook them at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the scamorza into slices and set aside.
  4. Then assemble the parmigiana in a pan of a size suitable to be contained in the fryer basket. Start by oiling the bottom of the pan and then forming a first layer of zucchini, ham and sliced ​​cheese. Season each layer with Parmesan cheese and also add some breadcrumbs to absorb the moisture from the zucchini.
