If you add to this that you can use them to season pasta then you have no more excuses. Turnips and sausage are really easy to prepare but thanks to the strong flavor of the ingredients they will certainly not disappoint you. Let’s see how to prepare them together.
How to prepare the turnip greens and sausage recipe
- First, wash the turnip greens well . Then remove the hard part of the stems and keep the florets whole. Blanch everything in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Separately, in a pan, cook the sausage cut into pieces of 2-3 cm until it is golden brown.
- Once the turnip greens are ready, sauté them in a pan with the oil, garlic and chilli.
- Add the cooked ormati sausages and cook together for a few minutes.
To use this sauce, prepare the pasta with turnip greens and sausage, we advise you to cut the sausage into slices of one centimeter or better still remove the casing and crumble it in a pan .
