  1. First, combine the mascarpone and the spreadable cheese in a bowl. Mix them until you get a cream then season with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice.
  2. Finely chop the dill with a knife and set aside.
  3. Peel the cucumber , remove the ends and cut it into cubes of half a centimeter.
  4. Crumble the crackers with your hands without exceeding too much and cut the smoked salmon slices into strips.
  5. Now that all the ingredients are ready, all that remains is to assemble the glasses : place a layer of crackers on the bottom of each one, cover with the cream cheese, flavor with a little dill and then place some salmon and cucumbers. Repeat the layers one more time.
  6. Let everything rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours at least before serving.
