How to prepare the strawberry tiramisu recipe without eggs

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries well, removing the stalk, then we can move on to the recipe.
  2. First prepare the syrup for the ladyfingers. Place 2/3 of the strawberries, 50 g of icing sugar and the lemon juice in a blender and blend to create a puree . Move everything onto a plate.
  3. Dip one ladyfinger at a time in the liquid made with the strawberries and place it in a baking dish. Continue like this until you form a first layer.
  4. Place the mascarpone in a bowl and work it with an electric whisk or a spatula to make it nice and soft.
  5. In another bowl, whip the cold refrigerator cream with the remaining amount of icing sugar.
  6. Add the cream to the mascarpone carefully, making movements from bottom to top so as not to dismantle the mixture.
  7. Once you have your cream, use it to cover the ladyfingers. After that, arrange another layer of ladyfingers and one of cream until the ingredients are used up.
  8. Decorate as desired with the strawberries you kept aside after cutting them into thin slices.

This recipe can be made vegan by simply replacing the cream with vegetable cream, and eliminating the mascarpone.

However, this dessert will only keep for a maximum of 2-3 days if left in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Furthermore, it is also possible to freeze it in the freezer, you just have to remember to defrost it for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before continuing with the final decoration and serving it.
