How to make boiled chicken: cooking time and steps
- First, divide the thighs from the thighs, clean the celery, carrot and onion and cut them into chunks.
- Place the herbs in a large pot, fill with water then add the chicken pieces and a pinch of coarse salt.

Sauce with cooked vegetables
Ingredients to prepare it:
To make this vegetable sauce , place the celery, carrot and onion that you cooked together with the meat in the blender jug or in a food processor. Add a spoonful of water or broth and one of olive oil. Blend everything until you obtain a smooth cream.

To make it, you need:
- 150 g of parsley
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 80 g of breadcrumbs
- 160 g of olive oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 ml of white vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- pepper as needed
Boil the eggs for 8-9 minutes from the moment the water reaches the boil. After this time, immediately pass them under cold running water, peel them and separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the egg yolks in a small bowl and set aside. Soak the bread in the vinegar for 10 minutes and in the meantime chop the garlic and parsley. Desalt the capers then chop them together with the anchovies.
Blend all the ingredients with the oil and your green sauce is ready!
For a perfect tomato sauce , get:
- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- a few basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 stick of celery
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of vinegar
- Salt to taste
- pepper as needed
- chili pepper to taste
Wash the tomatoes then use the tip of a knife to make an incision in the peel. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute then drain them. Peel the tomatoes, being careful not to burn yourself, then cut the pulp into cubes. Now peel the garlic, clean the celery, carrot and onion. Chop everything finely and put in a pan with the oil. Fry on high heat, adding the chilli pepper.
As soon as the vegetables become golden brown, remove the chilli pepper and add the tomato puree, sugar and vinegar. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes then puree everything with a food mill or immersion blender. Season with basil, salt and pepper and let cool.
Other ideas for using boiled chicken
