How to prepare ragu recipe in air fryer

  1. First, heat the pan of the air fryer (or a compatible one) when empty for 3 minutes at 180°C .
  2. Then take it out and while it's still hot add the oil and the minced meat to give it a sort of browning. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes at 180°C . Mix and repeat the step.
  3. At this point add the tomato sauce , cover the pan with aluminum foil and start cooking at 200°C for 45 minutes . It is very important that you stir the ragù every 10 minutes or so to prevent it from sticking.
